Mr. Winther is a partner and responsible for capital raising, investor relations, and business development. Mr. Winther has over seventeen years of experience in alternative investments having held senior level positions at H.I.G. Capital and Credit Suisse where he was responsible for global business development, marketing, and capital formation for institutional investors across private equity, real assets, and private debt. Mr. Winther received an M.B.A. from London Business School and Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management with honors. He has also completed the Advanced Finance Program at INSEAD.
