Mr. Motechin is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Niobrara Capital. He has over 25 years of experience in private equity and alternative asset management. Prior to joining Niobrara, Mr. Motechin was a Partner, CFO and CCO at ZMC Advisors, where he was responsible for building and overseeing the firm’s finance, operations, and compliance infrastructure. Previously, Mr. Motechin held finance and accounting positions at TowerBrook Capital Partners and Baker Capital. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche in the Leveraged Buyout Group, where he focused on auditing private equity and venture capital firms. Mr. Motechin has served on the Board of the New York Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association since 2012. He earned a B.A. in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
